Below are some frequently asked questions for you about Instagram Business Connect.

How do I confirm I have a business account?

  1. Log into Instagram on the phone

  2. Go to settings (It can be found as the gear icon on your profile).

  3. If you see section called Business Settings then it is connected.

4. If you see a row item that says Switch to Business Profile then you have not connected.

If you want a business account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Instagram on the phone

  2. Go to settings (It can be found as the gear icon on your profile)

  3. Find the row that says Switch to Business Profile

  4. Follow the steps (note: It is important that you connect your profile to a Facebook page rather then skipping this option.  This allows you to connect your Instagram Business Profile to our site through that Facebook page.)

  5. Once that is done go back to Fohr.co/influencer/settings and connect your Instagram Business Profile.

 

How do I confirm my business account is connected to my Facebook page?

  1. Log into Instagram on the phone

  2. Go to settings (It can be found as the gear icon on your profile)

  3. Scroll down to the Business Settings sections.

  4. If you see a row item that says ‘Claim your Facebook Page’ you have not connected your personal Facebook Page.

If you want to connect your business account to your Facebook page, follow these steps:

  1. Log into instagram on the phone

  2. Go to settings (It can be found as the gear icon on your profile)

  3. Scroll down to the Business Settings sections.

  4. Click on the ‘Claim your Facebook Page’ button

  5. Follow the steps.

  6. Once that is done go back to Fohr.co/influencer/settings and connect your Instagram Business Profile.

Is it still not working?

  1. Double confirm the Facebook account you are signed in as has Admin access to the page your Instagram Business Profile is connected to.

  2. Double confirm that you have connected the correct Instagam Account to Fohr by looking at your instagram screen name in your Fohr Profile.
